Job Summary

RBG Inc. is looking for a Regional Sales Representative for our Aerial Lift Mounted Service Trucks. This role will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals for our customized trucks. Negotiations with clients, working through a bid process, and creating quotes are some of the duties that will be required of the Sales Representative. To be successful in this role, the right candidate will need to have a deep understanding of the products we sell, which means that they will need to be able to absorb a lot of new information quickly. The right candidate will already possess exceptional interpersonal skills, natural sales tactics, and a drive to connect with customers. Previous experience in heavy duty equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

-Generating leads and collecting customer information within your territory

-Meeting yearly sales goals and generating quarterly sales reports

-Generating quotes with proper pricing from vendors

-Revise and update quotes for customized items

-Coordinate sales efforts with marketing team

-Stay current on state/city/town municipal bid process

-Required to attend trade shows to promote company and products

-Travel and overnight stay required for some trade shows, including air travel

-Complete in-service training for new sales

-Visit clients and potential clients to maintain a great relationship and see if there are any needs

-Collecting deposits, payments, and balance of payments from clients

-Submitting Purchase Orders to Production

-Coordinating with Production manager to communicate status to customer

-Answering customer questions about equipment, prices, and availability

-Required to obtain DOT Medical Card. CDL preferred but not mandatory
