Repair Facility:

11,000 sq. ft. with drive-through bays provide enough room to accommodate any size truck. Six technicians in-house to help keep downtime to a minimum. Four overhead hoists to assist in large component removal. Tools and equipment kept updated to help expedite repairs as best possible. In-house wash bay to clean equipment in the event of a major hydraulic failure. Half bay paint booth for painting of smaller components.

Pick-up & Delivery

RBG can occasionally provide transportation of your equipment to our facility for repair work. Call to find out if we can assist in any way.

OSHA/ANSI Boom Inspections

Keep your equipment in compliance with safety standards and manufacturer’s requirements. Inspections done in-house and at your location on all makes and models. We can also provide this service before you purchase a used lightweight work platforms to identify any possible repairs or updates needed. Call for pricing. Multiple-unit discounts available.

Dielectric Testing

Insulated lifts, digger/derricks, jib booms, pole saws and hot sticks. Done in-house and at your location.

Reconditioning & Remounting

Whether your existing lift and truck just needs some minor repairs and a fresh paint job or the existing chassis or lift has served its useful life. Full Repair Capabilities

Electric and hydraulic diagnostics and repair, hose assemblies fabricated in-house, welding and metal repair – steel and aluminum – done by certified welders, hydraulic component rebuilding and replacement. Fiberglass component repair: if your fiberglass parts do not have major structural damage they can sometimes be repaired or refinished to save money and down time. Booms, baskets, service bodies and guards can all be evaluated and repaired in house.

LMI & Radio Remote Controls

Diagnostics, repairs and full system upgrades and installations. RBG works with leading manufacturers and can provide full service for most makes of LMI and radio remote control systems.

Warranty Repairs

In addition to the manufacturers we represent, RBG also works with other leading manufacturers as an authorized warranty and repair center. Such as Terex/HiRanger, Elliott/HiReach to name a few.

Road Service

Two technicians and service trucks to complete road repairs, inspections and dielectric testing. Service trucks stocked with hose and fittings to make hose assemblies and common repair parts. On call 24/7 for emergency service. Servicing all of New England and Eastern New York.
